Process of Sponsor Parents.
1, Feb 1, 2007 submitted the sponsor application
2, Oct 23, 2009 got the approve letter from the cic.
"We are pleased to advise that you have met the requirement for eligibility as a sponsor. The undertaking has been forwarded to the Visa Office in BEIJING for further processing...."

3, Should receive an Immigrant Application for PR within 4 weeks. (Waiting) if not recieve, call CIC call center or download from www.cic.gc.ca.
4, in case the immigrant application got refused:
“If you are approved as a sponsor and the person(s) you are sponsoring has her or his application refused, you will be notified and given the reason for the refusal and information about appeal rights. You may be able to appeal the decision to the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board.”
